What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel a photoshoot?
Life happens, and I understand that sometimes you may need to reschedule. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible. I ask for at least 48 hours' notice for rescheduling, and if we need to cancel, I’ll work with you to find another suitable time. If you're unable to reschedule within a reasonable timeframe, a cancellation fee may apply depending on the circumstances. My goal is to make the process as smooth as possible for you!
How far in advance should I book my photoshoot?
I recommend booking your photoshoot at least 2-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for popular times like weekends or holidays. However, if you have a last-minute request, don’t hesitate to reach out! I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
What is your turnaround time for delivering the final images, and how will they be delivered?
My typical turnaround time for delivering final images is between 2-5 days, depending on the complexity of the session. Once your photos are ready, they will be delivered through a secure online gallery where you can download, share, and order prints. If you need physical prints or albums, I offer a variety of high-quality options that can be customized to your liking. If you're on a tight timeline, I can also offer expedited processing for an additional fee.
What if the weather is bad on the day of an outdoor shoot?
I try to always keep an eye on the weather leading up to a shoot. If I see any potential issues, I’ll reach out to you to discuss options. If the weather is unfavorable, like heavy rain or extreme wind, we can plan to reschedule or find an indoor location as an alternative. On the other hand, if there’s light rain or overcast skies, I’m often able to work with those conditions, as they can create really nice, soft lighting and unique effects in the photos. If we need to reschedule, I’ll make sure we find a date that works for you.
Can I customize my photography package, and what options do I have for prints or albums?
Yes! I believe in providing personalized services that cater to your unique needs. My packages are flexible and can be made to fit the specifics of your shoot, whether it’s adjusting the number of hours or including additional locations.
